Short Description:

In the inspection and repair process, we have established a full-process quality inspection and defect closed-loop management system. By combining automated visual inspection with manual fine inspection, we conduct multi-dimensional evaluations of coating appearance, film thickness, adhesion, and surface defects. For identified minor imperfections, standardized localized repair processes and precise color-matching techniques are applied to ensure that repaired areas are highly consistent with the original coating in both appearance and performance. In addition, a data traceability and defect analysis mechanism is implemented to continuously optimize upstream process parameters, enabling ongoing quality improvement and stable output.
