Working Principle
Water curtain spray booth is the use of flowing curtain layer of water to collect and take away the paint mist. The curtain water layer is generally arranged in front of the air flow containing paint mist. In the paint room with horizontal air supply, the water curtain is like a cloth curtain hanging on the wall in front of the operator. Large up and down pump spray paint indoor water curtain is arranged at the bottom of the room, the slope is placed, the air rushed to the water curtain, paint particles impact water droplets and are attached to leave, the water curtain is maintained by a special circulating pump, regulating valve to regulate the size of water, to control the integrity of the shape of the water curtain.
Product Advantages
The wall of the water curtain spray room is not easy to pollute, and the effect of treating paint mist is good. The result is simple, but the waste water must be retreated. In addition, due to the use of large area of water curtain, water evaporation area is large, indoor air humidity is large, may affect the decorative quality of spraying layer.
After several layers of water curtain, the paint particles in the air will drop, the air becomes clean. The process can not only improve the appearance of products, but also protect the environment. Our company’s water curtain spray booth is simple to operate, reliable performance, is a safe, reliable, environmental protection equipment.
The spray room with water as the cleaning agent is far better than the spray room with paper as the filter medium. The water curtain spray room can use chemical additives to separate the paint and water in the spray room. The waste water system uses a pipe to pump the waste water directly from the spray booth tank.
