Customized for CIMC tanker manufacturing projects, this tanker powder coating line is specially designed for the anti-corrosion and decorative powder coating of large tank bodies, tank containers, and special transport tankers. The production line adopts a fully automated continuous conveying system, integrating pre-treatment, drying, intelligent electrostatic powder coating, powder recovery, and high-temperature curing into a complete and efficient coating process.
The tanker workpieces first undergo multi-stage chemical pre-treatment processes including degreasing, derusting, rinsing, and phosphating to thoroughly remove oil, welding residues, oxide scale, and surface contaminants. At the same time, a dense and uniform conversion coating is formed to improve coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. After dehydration and drying under controlled temperature conditions, the workpieces automatically enter the enclosed powder coating booth. Equipped with intelligent scanning and automatic spray gun adjustment technology, the system adapts to the curved structure of tanker bodies, ensuring uniform powder application without dead angles. The integrated closed-loop powder recovery system significantly improves powder utilization efficiency while reducing production costs.
After coating, the workpieces enter the constant-temperature curing oven for thermal curing and coating solidification. Following natural cooling and strict appearance and performance inspection, the finished tankers achieve uniform coating thickness, smooth surface finish, excellent weather resistance, and strong chemical corrosion resistance. Designed to meet the large-scale production requirements of the CIMC tanker industry, the production line features stable operation, energy efficiency, environmental protection, and low operating costs, fully satisfying the high-standard coating demands of engineering tankers, logistics tank containers, and special vehicle tank structures.
