Recently, Jiangsu Suli Machinery Co., Ltd. has officially entered into a preliminary cooperation agreement with a renowned large industrial group in Egypt for a coating production line. This collaboration will focus on the surface treatment and automation upgrading needs of the manufacturing industry, aiming to develop an integrated, smart, and environmentally-friendly automated coating system. The system will cover key modules including PT system, powder coating line, ED coating, spray booth, curing oven, conveyor system and smart control system. The partner has a broad business scope covering automotive parts, construction machinery, and home appliance shells. They have set clear goals for enhancing surface coating quality, achieving automated control, and optimizing energy consumption. Based on on-site needs, Suli Machinery will provide customized design for various coating equipment and turnkey solutions, including powder coating lines, ED coating lines, painting lines, PT systems, drying and curing equipment, ensuring overall production line stability and high efficiency.
The technical solution of this project will focus on integrating Suli’s technological advantages in the following systems:
- Multi-stage PT lines (acid pickling, phosphating, DI water rinse, etc.) for efficient degreasing and rust removal;
- Fully enclosed dust-free powder booths combined with electrostatic spraying systems to ensure uniform coating adhesion;
- High-efficiency energy-saving curing ovens equipped with intelligent temperature control systems to reduce energy consumption while ensuring coating performance;
- Overhead conveyor/floor conveyor systems for continuous operation and flexible logistics transport;
- MES production execution system and PLC intelligent control system to comprehensively enhance the automation level of the entire line.
