In July 2014, Suli Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially established with a registered capital of RMB 65 million, marking the company’s entry into a new stage of group-based and modular operations, further integrating R&D, manufacturing, and market resources. In 2017, Suli entered into a strategic OEM partnership with Gree in Zhuhai, supplying high-precision components and automation subsystems, demonstrating its ability to deliver collaborative manufacturing under rigorous quality standards.
