During the holiday period, several overseas projects are still in key stages of installation, commissioning, and delivery. Surico engineers remain on-site, continuously advancing project progress and ensuring stable system operation.
In recent years, the company has actively expanded international markets and implemented multiple coating production lines and industrial wastewater treatment projects in India and Kenya. These projects include pre-treatment systems, electrophoretic coating systems (E-coating), spray booth systems, drying and curing systems, VOC exhaust gas treatment systems, and wastewater treatment and reuse systems. All systems are designed and executed in accordance with international standards to meet requirements in quality, environmental protection, and safety.
In the India project, the coating line is mainly used for electric vehicles and automotive components. Due to high temperature, high humidity, and dusty conditions, the system is designed with optimized pre-treatment and phosphating parameters, precise control of E-coating bath temperature, conductivity and pH value, and enhanced coating uniformity and adhesion. The spray booth adopts water curtain or dry-wet combined design, with optimized air supply and exhaust systems to ensure uniform airflow and high paint mist capture efficiency. At the same time, anti-corrosion design and temperature-humidity control systems are applied to ensure stable operation under high-temperature conditions. The production line is integrated with conveying systems to achieve continuous operation and improved efficiency.
In the Kenya project, facing limited infrastructure and long logistics cycles, the system adopts modular design for easier transportation and rapid installation. The spray booth is integrated with VOC treatment systems to ensure compliant emissions. The wastewater treatment system is equipped with physicochemical treatment and filtration units to achieve stable discharge or reuse. Engineers are stationed on-site to guide installation, commissioning, and provide technical training to local operators, ensuring long-term stable operation.
At overseas project sites, engineers are responsible for equipment installation, piping and electrical commissioning, process parameter optimization, system testing, and troubleshooting. Despite high temperatures, time differences, and long-term overseas assignments, they continue working to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
