Since the beginning of summer, high-temperature alerts have come one after another. Our employees have remained steadfast at their posts, undaunted by the scorching heat. They fight against the heat and persevere through the sweltering summer, dedicating sweat and responsibility to their work. Each sweat-soaked figure has become a vivid portrait of the most inspiring moments at Suli this summer.
Even the intense summer heat cannot stop Suli personnel from going abroad to supervise construction and promote cooperation. From June 26 to July 5, General Manager Guo braved the high temperatures to lead the team to India, advancing the AL bus painting production line project with high quality and discussing further cooperation. The marketing team, undeterred by the blazing sun, actively engaged with clients—inviting them in, conducting in-depth negotiations, carrying out multiple rounds of inspections and research, and working to expedite the signing of cooperation agreements.
Scene 2: On sweltering nights, the Technical Center remains brightly lit, with staff steadfast at their posts. Undaunted by the heat, they work overtime, burning the midnight oil. In front of the computers, Vice General Manager Guo leads the core technical team in discussions, tackling challenges head-on. Though their shirts are soaked with sweat, nothing can slow their meticulous design work. Their dedication ensures that every project drawing is delivered on time, supporting smooth production, manufacturing, and on-site installation.
Facing the challenge of extreme heat, Vice General Manager Lu leads the Manufacturing Department in scientifically planning production and reasonably scheduling all resources. Amid the sweltering temperatures, operators in workshops such as Cutting & Dismantling, Ternary Assembly, and Intelligent Manufacturing focus intently on their tasks. Even with sweat-soaked uniforms, they persistently ensure the quality of each product. The Quality Inspection Department oversees the entire process, conducting strict checks from raw materials and purchased components to in-house production. The Logistics Team braves thunderstorms to complete packaging and shipment, ensuring products reach construction sites on time. The company also proactively prepares ample heat-prevention supplies, providing frontline employees with electrolyte drinks, herbal remedies, and other cooling aids to safeguard their well-being through the summer.
The scorching sun cannot dampen the enthusiasm of staff at construction sites. Project Manager Guo scientifically arranges and coordinates work. At the Shanxi Taizhong project site, workers labor energetically under the sun, with progress already reaching 90%. At the XCMG Heavy Machinery project site, installation is in full swing, with employees working day and night to ensure the scheduled milestones are met by the end of the month. Currently, over 30 domestic and international projects are progressing in an orderly manner, including production, installation, and after-sales services in Vietnam, India, Mexico, Kenya, Serbia, and other locations. Workers rely on their sweat to guarantee progress and create value through their labor.
A series of vivid and lively scenes showcase the tremendous strength of Suli employees, united as one family, sharing one heart, striving together, and determined to win. To date, the company has achieved invoiced sales of 410 million yuan and paid over 20 million yuan in taxes, laying a solid foundation for a strong push in the third quarter and a successful “second half” of the year.
