This commercial vehicle cab powder coating line is specially designed for truck cab and large structural component coating applications. The production line adopts a complete process including spray pretreatment, electrostatic powder coating, powder recovery, and high-temperature curing, ensuring high coating quality, excellent corrosion resistance, and stable mass production performance.

Truck cabs first undergo multi-stage pretreatment processes such as degreasing, rinsing, and conversion coating treatment to remove surface contaminants and improve coating adhesion. After drying and cooling, the workpieces enter the automatic electrostatic powder coating booth, where manual and automatic spraying are combined to achieve uniform coating coverage on complex structures. The integrated powder recovery system improves powder utilization efficiency while reducing material waste.

After coating, the workpieces enter the curing oven for high-temperature curing and coating solidification. Following cooling and quality inspection, the finished cab structures feature smooth surface finish, uniform coating thickness, and excellent weather and corrosion resistance. The production line is suitable for large-scale commercial vehicle manufacturing with stable operation, energy-saving performance, and intelligent automated production capabilities.
