E-Bus BIW and Semi-finished Paint Shop

The E-Bus BIW and Semi-finished Paint Shop project was implemented in Vietnam and represents a long-term, technically complex coating program covering multiple critical process sections for BIW and semi-finished components. From project initiation, the system was developed to meet high standards of coating quality and stable mass production, reflecting the depth and execution capability required for complete paint shop engineering.
Throughout the project lifecycle, from process concept and detailed engineering design to equipment manufacturing, on-site installation, commissioning, and after-sales support, the project team maintained full responsibility and continuous follow-up. Despite the extended project duration and challenging site conditions, dedicated engineering and technical personnel were deployed on-site to ensure effective coordination between design, construction, and process implementation, demonstrating strong resilience and commitment in overcoming project challenges.
The production line adopts proven and reliable process solutions in key stages such as pretreatment and electrophoretic coating, ensuring corrosion protection, coating adhesion, and overall quality consistency of the bus body and semi-finished products. With stable process integration and coordinated operation across all stages, the system provides a solid technical foundation for E-Bus manufacturing and reflects a high-standard, fully integrated paint shop engineering solution.
