To meet the challenge, Suli Machinery formed a dedicated, cross-functional project team covering process design, equipment manufacturing, logistics coordination, installation, and commissioning. The team has optimized spray booth layouts and conveyor system routes to maximize production cycle efficiency and workspace utilization. Key equipment was pre-assembled and tested at Suli’s headquarters in China, then shipped in modular sections to cut on-site installation time.
