Sdlg Aenial Work Platfom

This project is the painting production line for SDLG aerial work platforms in Mexico, focusing on the surface coating of complete machines and key structural components. From the design stage, international painting evaluation standards were adopted, with systematic planning based on coating quality, production efficiency, process stability, and environmental performance.
The project applies mature and reliable pretreatment, spraying, and curing processes to ensure coating adhesion, uniform film thickness, surface appearance quality, and corrosion resistance, fully meeting the operational requirements of aerial work platforms. Through optimized takt time design and appropriate automation configuration, production efficiency and product consistency are significantly improved.
In terms of environmental protection and safety, the painting line strictly controls VOC emissions and exhaust and wastewater treatment indicators, complying with local regulations and industry standards, and achieving an efficient, stable, and sustainable painting production system.
