Lift Powder Coating Line

This project thas been driven by a digitalization and intelligent engineering approach from the design phase. By integrating 3D design models with programmable control interfaces, a highly coordinated digital design system has been established, aligning structural design, process logic, and control systems.
Based on 3D virtual simulation technology, the entire coating process is analyzed and validated in a virtual environment. In combination with dynamic 3D visualization, the system enables intuitive presentation and verification of production line layout, equipment motion, and process logic. This approach effectively reduces design risks and significantly improves cross-disciplinary collaboration efficiency.
