During construction, a team of experienced engineers provides on-site supervision and guidance, offering comprehensive support from process planning and equipment configuration to installation and commissioning, ensuring smooth execution and reliable production start-up. The line utilizes an intelligent coating approach combining manual operation with robotic application, achieving a coating precision of 0.01mm, and is equipped with a high-efficiency, fine coating inspection system for real-time quality monitoring, ensuring uniformity and consistency of the finish. The pre-treatment process (including shot blasting) achieves zero pollutant emissions, fully meeting environmental protection standards.
