E-Bus Paint Shop

The project was implemented in Vietnam in 2025. The coating production line was systematically designed around the target cycle time and stable throughput, ensuring consistent output and synchronized operation under continuous production conditions. The entire line maintains coordinated process flow across spraying, setting, oven, and conveyor stages, meeting the dual requirements of efficiency and quality consistency for mass production.

In addition, all equipment and structural components were selected and protected based on long-term chemical operating conditions typical of paint shop environments. The system demonstrates high corrosion resistance and reliability, ensuring stable long-term operation in high-humidity conditions involving paints and solvents, and reflecting a complete paint shop engineering solution developed to high manufacturing standards.
