Car Paint Shop

The Car Paint Shop project launched in 2025 in Vietnam is a long-term, large-scale coating program developed in phases. Phase 1 has been successfully completed and put into operation, while Phase 2 is currently under planning and engineering preparation, further expanding the overall production capability of the paint shop.
From project execution to commissioning, the program faced complex site conditions and high technical requirements. Dedicated engineering teams were deployed on-site throughout the project lifecycle, providing continuous technical guidance, installation supervision, and process support. Close on-site coordination ensured stable implementation and reliable system performance, demonstrating strong project execution capability under demanding conditions.
Phase 1 of the paint shop was designed for high-volume production, operating with a defined takt time and continuous three-shift operation. The production line achieves stable throughput under 24/7 working conditions, with coordinated process flow across key stages, ensuring both productivity and coating quality consistency. The successful delivery of Phase 1 provides a solid foundation for the ongoing development of Phase 2 and reflects a mature, resilient, and scalable paint shop engineering solution.
