The Coach Paint Shop project, currently under construction in India since 2024, covers key processes including spraying, oven, and conveying. The production line is systematically and modularly designed to meet high production capacity and stable tact time requirements. Standardized module fabrication ensures efficiency, enhances overall equipment integrity and reliability, and guarantees coordinated operation across all processes with consistent coating quality once completed.
Throughout the ongoing project, a team of experienced engineers provides on-site supervision and guidance from design and equipment selection to installation and commissioning, while also preparing for subsequent after-sales support. The line features an intelligent spraying system with robotic application for precise and uniform coating, improving productivity and coating consistency. Modular and standardized design enables easier installation and significantly shortens the construction cycle, while also optimizing energy efficiency and environmental compliance, demonstrating a high-standard, automated, flexible, and efficient paint shop solution.
