Aenial Work Platform Project

This project involves the construction of a coating production line for aerial work platforms in Mexico, focusing on the surface treatment of complete machines and key structural components. From the design stage, international coating standards have been incorporated, with systematic planning centered on coating quality, production efficiency, operational stability, and environmental performance.
The production line adopts proven and reliable processes, including pretreatment, spraying, and curing, to ensure coating adhesion, film thickness uniformity, surface finish, and corrosion resistance meet the operational requirements of aerial work platforms. At the same time, optimized cycle time design and appropriate automation are implemented to enhance capacity utilization and production consistency.
In terms of environmental protection and safety, the line strictly controls VOC emissions as well as exhaust gas and wastewater treatment, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards, and achieving efficient, stable, and sustainable coating operations.
